How do you describe the process of making art to someone? Since I decided to publish my books, I’ve been asked by a lot of people, “How do you write a book? Where do you get your ideas? What’s the first step?” And the real answer is – Hell if I know!
I’ve written a book…now what?
So, I’ve written my book. But what do I do next? When I started this journey more than five years ago now, I thought that the hardest part would be fining 100K+ words to put down in a row that told something of a coherent story. I’ve since found out that writing the book was the easy part.
Minefields
